Menjelang muktamar Muhammadiyah dan Aisyiyah ke-48, apa urgensinya bagi kader muda? Sebentar lagi gelaran permusyawaratan akbar yang bertempat di Solo ini akan segera terlaksana, tepatnya pada 18-20 November 2020.
Muktamar yang sempat tertunda selama dua tahun karena pandemi Covid-19 menjadi ajang yang sangat ditunggu-tunggu bagi para kader persyarikatan. Muktamar yang selain menjadi momen regenerasi tertinggi dalam Muhammadiyah, juga menjadi ajang silaturahmi antar warga persyarikatan se-Indonesia, bahkan dunia.
Melihat betapa besar dan meriahnya event yang diadakan lima tahun sekali ini, lantas apa urgensinya bagi kader muda persyarikatan? Kemarin sempat viral di beberapa kalangan hasil survei calon pimpinan Muhammadiyah, salah satu yang paling fenomenal terdapat nama Yusril Fahriza di antara tokoh lainya.
Banyak yang menganggap hal tersebut hanya sebagai guyonan belaka, tetapi Yusril yang stand up comedian itu merupakan lulusan sekolah kader Muhammadiyah yang didirikan K.H. Ahmad Dahlan pada tahun 1918. Hal ini menjadi bukti bahwa kader muda juga berperan cukup penting dalam dinamika bermuhammadiyah, apalagi Yusril memang terkenal dengan background-nya sebagai orang Muhammadiyah.
Tentu ini berkaitan dengan kondisi Indonesia tahun 2045 yang diprediksi 70 persen penduduknya adalah anak muda. Pada masa itu, jika bukan kader muda yang memimpin, maka siapa lagi?
Hal ini bisa menjadi suatu momentum penyadaran untuk seluruh kader muda persyarikatan bahwa memang sudah saatnya kita untuk bergerak berkontribusi dalam persyarikatan. Bukan waktunya lagi untuk kita hanya tinggal diam dan menunggu apa yang akan berdampak pada persyarikatan.
Jadi, yang dibutuhkan oleh persyarikatan 10-15 tahun ke depan adalah kontribusi dari para kader muda. Contoh paling sederhana dari bentuk kontribusi ini adalah ikut memeriahkan dalam bursa pengurus di muktamar nanti.
